Stability FIT Reformer Pilates

Class Description:

Aptly named "FIT", this class blends the components of Functional Fitness with Traditional Pilates. Our focus will be on exercise that challenges muscular and mental endurance, strength and balance with a goal of optimizing our body's ability to power through life. Regular attendance to the Open Level class will result in improvements to overall body composition and Stability- stronger, longer, leaner muscles, stronger bones, increased strength and endurance, increased flexibility and mobility.
