Stability Athletic Reformer Pilates

Class Description:

This Open Level class incorporates elements of the traditional gym into the Pilates practice. By using heavier Reformer spring tension and adding heavy weights, a greater metabolic demand will result- thus creating muscle growth and increases overall body strength, while adding elements of cardiovascular exercise. Built off the Foundational Reformer and Stability FIT Reformer offerings, this is the next level of Functional Fitness growth.
