One of our toughest but most fun and enjoyable classes, Power Pilates incorporates the Pilates Jumpboard as part of an upbeat, musically driven class! Be ready to sweat as elements of cardio are incorporated into a plethora of plyometric, multi-dimensional dynamic movements- all through use of the Reformer. This is a great way to build muscle endurance and POWER!
