My favorite exercise to teach in Barre class is the “warm up”! This is the most challenging and rewarding for me because this is when I observe the most growth in strength for our clients. Holding the plank for just 10 more seconds is empowering!

I love the game of golf! I don’t play, but am an avid fan and even listen to the golf channel on my car radio. I guess I just love sport and competition.

There is so much to love about Barre workouts! The fact that it’s musically driven is what first intrigued me because I love music, but the way this workout takes you away from everything else is such a bonus! As you workout you concentrate on working your muscles the right way and nothing else matters. That mind/body connection is magic! Best bonus of all?...Results!

My good friend, Mary Wilson, introduced me to Barre and then she introduced me to the idea of Stability Studio. Exercise has always been a part of my life and I had, on occasion considered becoming an instructor of some kind. Mary and Doug encouraged me to become a Barre instructor so I took the plunge and have never looked back. Being an instructor at Stability Studio has enriched my life in so many ways and I couldn’t be more thankful to be a part of this great community of clients and instructors!

Helping people to live a healthier lifestyle is something I’ve enjoyed doing for 36 years as a Dental Hygienist. Now I get to do this in a different setting by helping people to move and get stronger in such a fun way! Best of all?...The supportive, positive vibe from clients and my fellow instructors is beautiful! I feel so fortunate to be a part of Stability Studio.
