I also love to use TRX mobility and strength exercises with my rehabilitation clients.

I love to bake! I usually make cookies, but lately I’ve been baking homemade sourdough bread. Best one so far is jalapeño cheddar bacon sourdough.

TRX is such a great full body workout! You are using your body weight to create resistance so you can make tiny adjustments to make any exercise easier or harder. TRX planks are planks on steroids 😜 I love finding new challenges with the TRX straps, but also love teaching beginners. You can take a regular push up and make it easier with the straps, slowly progress it until you build up enough strength to do a full push up. TRX is a great fitness tool because there is a level for each person.

I was introduced to Stability Studio by two friends Katie and Amy who were both loving classes. Taking barre for the first time was a very humbling experience lol. I loved the challenge and loved how my body felt.

The opportunity came up to teach TRX and I jumped at it. I’ve loved the clients, their motivation for fitness and they push me to create challenging moves. I also love building fun playlists and themes for classes.

I love the positive, fitness minded people at Stability. I am inspired daily by our clients and strive to keep my fitness level up as I age.
I think Pilates, barre and TRX is the perfect combo to keep bodies moving without injury.
